Founder & CEO
Michelle Lam founded M.L. Bklynite Media, Inc. (est. 2019), a boutique PR agency serving hospitality, food, and beverage brands across the U.S. with a global reach. With nearly 20 years of experience and deep hospitality roots, she delivers results-driven strategies through press, experiential activations, and narrative-led marketing. She also leads partnerships tied to Michelin Guide–recognized venues in 30+ states and represents award-winning distillery clients across whisky, gin, rum, tequila, and liqueurs.
Her work has earned industry awards, including Best PR Agency, PR Net Next Gen, and the Facebook Small Business Grant and Wine Spirit Education Trust Award in Spirits and Wine.
A PR contributor to an award-winning radio show, sharing practical insights while spotlighting hospitality and beverage culture.
Michelle’s leadership has been featured by Valley Bank’s inspirHER Women in Business Campaign, JPMorgan Chase Impact, New York Women in Business, National ACE/ACE NextGen, and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
She began in financial PR advising Fortune 500s and top investment and professional services firms, and later led award-winning campaigns across tourism, healthcare, and financial services—earning PRSA’s Reputation & Brand Management Award (2014) and recognition from the HedgeWeek Awards.

Her work captures the precision of mixology from glassware and garnish to texture, color, and movement while also highlighting the storytelling behind each menu item and the intention behind every pairing. With an eye for composition and an emphasis on detail.
Originally from Brazil and now based in New York, Andressa combines a strong creative background with a thoughtful understanding of the science and technique behind cocktail development.
Through her photography, Andressa tells compelling visual stories that celebrate the craft of hospitality across restaurants, bars, and beverage programs. Whether documenting signature drinks, seasonal dishes, behind-the-bar moments, or the people shaping the guest experience, her work is designed to help hospitality and beverage brands strengthen their presence, build credibility, and connect with audiences across digital, press, and marketing channels.

Antra Adiene
Public Relations Associate
Antra Adiene is a Public Relations specialist whose expertise combines hands-on experience in project management with an academic background in communication science.
She began her career in the communication field as a project assistant at the communication agency, “Olsen+Partners” in Latvia. Through dedication and strong performance, she was promoted to Project Manager, overseeing media relations, events, and integrated campaigns. As a Project Manager, she has led projects for government institutions and worked for commercial clients across various sectors.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Science, with a focus on Strategic Management and Public Relations, deepening her understanding of how theoretical concepts align with real-world communication practices and vice versa.
Antra believes that a brand’s strongest strategy isn’t about seeking visibility or attention, but about creating lasting memorability, a goal that demands a long-term approach.
